Used on the Versions Feed.

Intended to store information about a particular release, in relation to the previous one.

Currently, it contains 3 elements:

• Security: Does this version offer security improvements?
• Features: Are there any new features on this version?
• Importance: Is updating recommended or can this version be bypassed safely?

Each of the 3 elements can have a value of 0 or 1, indicating either NO or YES. This value is interpreted by the update notifier to enable or disable the corresponding icons.

Used in conjunction with the namespace Release.
